Logiztra ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our mobile application. Please read this privacy policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number that you voluntarily give to us when registering for the Application.
  • Logistics Data: Information pertaining to your warehouses, inventory, packaging, and order shipments that you input into the system.
  • Device Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native device type, operating system version, and IP address.

2. Device Permissions & Sensitive Data

To provide core functionalities, the Logiztra mobile app requests certain native device permissions:

  • Camera Access (Barcode Scanning): We request camera access strictly for scanning barcodes on packages and inventory. We process the barcode data locally on your device to query our database. We do not record, store, or transmit continuous video feeds or photographs to our servers.
  • Biometric Authentication: If you choose to enable Quick Login (Fingerprint or Face ID), the authentication is processed entirely on your local device via the native operating system's secure Keystore/Keychain. Logiztra does not collect, store, or transmit your actual biometric data (fingerprints or facial maps) to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

  • Create and manage your enterprise account.
  • Facilitate real-time inventory tracking and multi-warehouse synchronization.
  • Generate data analytics and operational metrics for your dashboard.
  • Prevent fraudulent transactions and monitor against theft.
  • Email you regarding account updates, system maintenance, or security alerts.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and corporate inventory data. All data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

5. Account Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your Logiztra account and all associated logistical data, you may do so within the App Settings or by contacting our support team. Upon request, we will actively scrub your personal data from our active databases.
